Founder & CEO

(She/Her) With deep understanding of impact metrics and a recognized expert in the field, Anshula brings 10+ years of experience in non-profit, private, and public sectors. She founded SAMETRICA after witnessing social injustices and gender imbalance during her international work with non-profit and for-profit organizations in Jamaica and India, and having co-founded Young Social Entrepreneurs of Canada, and the Youth Social Innovation Capital Fund. Her passion has also led her to be a regular speaker on using social impact to drive business profitability.

Mark Wicks

CRO

(He/Him) Mark brings 15+ years successfully managing Sales, Operations and Finance teams in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Before joining SAMETRICA, he built a tech startup from $2M to over $20M in ARR, scaling the team from 20 to 200+ employees.

Andrey Bronin

CTO

(He/Him) Andrey brings 15+ years of IT and software development experience with tech startups in the e-commerce and the retail industries. In his recent years, he has been applying his passion to DevOps, rolling up his sleeves in all technologies related to cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Mike Winterfield

Mike is the founder and Managing Partner of Active Impact Investments where he exclusively supports small to medium sized ventures that make our world more environmentally sustainable to scale their impact and profit by providing funding and extensive capacity building services to the portfolio companies. Prior to this, Mike spent 18 years in executive roles in software, professional recruitment and venture capital.

Dr. Mark Fox

Mark is the Distinguished Professor of Urban Systems Engineering at the University of Toronto with a cross appointment in the Department of Computer Science, Director of the new Centre for Social Services Engineering, and head of the Enterprise Integration Laboratory. He has created over fifty applications for predicting impacts in cities using artificial intelligence, and is currently focused on research on smart cities.
